Privacy policy

This is a translation; the legally binding text is the Latvian version.

What data we collect

When booking an appointment: your name, phone number, email, the chosen service, place and time, and — if you provide them — notes. When signing up for a course: your name, phone number and email. When signing up for news: your email. When joining the waiting list for a fully booked day: your name and email — we use them only to let you know about a time that has opened up, and delete them as soon as the day has passed.

To book and confirm your appointment or place on a course and to contact you about it.

News and offers

If, when booking an appointment or a course, you leave “I would like to receive Evija's news and offers” ticked, or sign up for news, Evija may email you about new services, courses and offers. Every such email has a link to unsubscribe in one click; you can also simply write to Evija. Booking confirmations and reminders are sent regardless of this choice.

Reviews

After an appointment we may send you a personal link for a review (by email or WhatsApp). We only publish a review on the site with your consent and under the name you give; you can ask for it to be removed at any time. The link to Google reviews leads to Google, where Google's terms apply.

Health information

Please do not enter health information in the forms. Evija will discuss it with you in person.

How long we keep data

We keep your data (name, phone number, email and appointment history) for 3 years after your last appointment or request — each new appointment renews this period. After that it is deleted automatically. Notes added to a booking are deleted 1 year after the appointment. We keep the email addresses of news subscribers until you unsubscribe, but no longer than 3 years after your last appointment or sign-up. If you unsubscribe from news, we keep only your email address on an unsubscribe list so that nothing is sent to you by mistake. Reviews published on the site (with your permission) stay until you ask for them to be removed.

Where data is stored

The site's database is on Cloudflare servers in the European Union. We send emails with Resend (EU region). If a confirmed appointment is added to Evija's Google Calendar, the name, phone number and service are stored there.

Visit statistics

To understand how many people visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors — we only see the total number of page views.
